Application:

RP7100 is a liquid rust preventive additive that contains a minimal amount of wax giving good barrier properties for improved rust protection along with low viscosity.Which can often be blended into many diluents with little or no heating required resulting in lowered energy use and faster process times.

RP7100 is a premium thin-film, water displacing rust preventive that provides excellent protection against salt and humid atmospheres when formulated in petroleum solvent and or oil solutions.

RP7100 is designed specifically to offer the quickest demulsification time while providing excellent solubility and stability in the widest ranges or solvents, oils and blends. When formulated and tested in the B-117 salt atmosphere test, RP7100 has demonstrated over 72 hours of protection yet the film is easily removed.

RP7100 also provides excellent water separating and displacing properties. It is non-staining on a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

RP7100 does not contain barium or other heavy metals.
