Application:

- Ashless high performance industrial gear oil(closed box gear oil)

- industrial high EP performance grease

BPG0201 is a well balanced ashless gear oil package, provide excellent anti-wear and EP property, a combination of anti-oxidants and rust inhibitor offers great anti-oxidation property and anti-rust property for industrial gear oil as well as grease..

Typical treat rate of 1.8% for industrial gear oil can meet the requirement of US Steel 224.

Recommendation treat rate from 2% to 4% for soap grease and complex soap grease can provide great EP and anti-wear performance.
Due to well balance of formula, there is no need of additional EP additive for high EP performance grease when use package BPG0201.

Solubility: BPG0201 can soluble in mineral oil and synthetic oil. However it is necessary to verify the solubility in customer's base oil and test compatibility with other additives.
